Tracking & Returns

When you place an order,  shipping and delivery dates will be estimated for you based on the availability of your items. Orders typically take 2-7 days to process. Keep in mind orders may take longer to process in times of large order. Major holidays such as Christmas, Chinese new year, and Easter can drastically delay shipping times, but these times are only estimates. 

In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected and sometimes it depends on the destination. Your patience is truly appreciated. You can always contact razel™ World if you have any questions regarding your purchase through the contact form. Some orders may take longer or be quicker than average shipping time. IMPORTANT: ALL SALES FINAL UNLESS PACKAGE DOES NOT ARRIVE. PRODUCTS ARE MARKED DOWN ARE PRICED TO SELL. 

How to Track my Purchase

A tracking number should be added to the confirmation email. If you do not see the email check spam folders and make verify the email you entered on razel™ World or what is affiliated with PayPal.

Refund Policy

NOTE: There are NO returns for clothing, the only refunds are for orders that have NOT arrived. The clothing items are on sale and are shipped directly from China. razel™ World cannot afford any returns. 

You are covered in terms, your order Will arrive or razel™ World will refund or reship at its expense. Refunds are issued if for some reason your order is lost or hasn't arrived or if it arrives broken.

Will you provide a Tracking Number?

In most cases when the order is shipped you will be emailed a tracking number. Some distributors may not provide a tracking number. Some countries were shipping is restricted to a few shipping companies may not have tracking available, but this is rare.  INTERNATIONAL orders will be fulfilled from its oversea fulfillment centers.  This format of shipping does not include tracking numbers that function outside the United States.  

I ordered Multiple items, but I have received my parcel holding just 1 of them...

If you place an order with razel™ World for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package.  Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

I paid for my order but did not get a confirmation email

Be so kind to check the Spam folder, some emails might end up there.If you need to contact razel™ World, it is through the contact form.  (PayPal may be the holder of tracking on items.)

 

IMPORTANT: razel™ World is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. razel™ World will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances.

If the order arrives at your country and...

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package. 

razel™ World reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
